Bill Curtin was a strong advocate of training, development and nurturing of young engineers who could be provided with responsibility and opportunity within the business. This commitment has developed a number of the current leaders within the business. Four of the eight current executive directors started as school leavers or graduate engineers within Curtins.
Those same opportunities still exist within Curtins today, where we aim to develop the future leaders of the business, from within. The Curtins Academy was launched in 2014 and provides a platform to train and develop our graduate engineers over a four year period, ensuring that Bill Curtin’s commitment to nurturing and developing talent is still alive today.
