    In 2014 we established Curtins Academy which enables graduates and school leavers to develop their careers, not only in technical excellence but also other aspects of equal importance such as commercial awareness, mentoring of others, and contributing positively to the growth and development of Curtins into the future.     Our passion for and belief in developing young people is a golden thread that runs through the company. On top of the Academy we launched the Trailblazer Programme for Transport Planning Apprentices.

    We are committed to providing training and development for all employees to optimise personal performance and contribution to the company. The company supports a wide range of training activities for all employees – permanent, part-time or temporary – as part of our ongoing development and business plan.

    Curtins are Investors in People accredited and to comply with the standard all members of staff are encouraged to expand on their skills by undertaking further training and development to enable them to reach their full potential. This is available to all employees regardless of their standing within the company.
