Curtins undertake technical audits as part of a due diligence report service for assessing environmental risk associated with land conveyance.
The assessment of risks and contingency strategy plans include site management compliance issues, contaminated land and asbestos. Drawing upon the expertise that exists within Curtins, we also advise clients on issues of the complete built environment life cycle thus providing an integrated service.
We provide an emergency response service to clients in the event of operational accidents which could put human health and the wider environment at risk. Curtins also acts as Independent Certifiers of remedial works in joint appointments by the vendors and purchasers of land.
