Infrastructure

Planning, design, approvals and supervision of construction of new works. Inspection, testing and remedial works schemes to existing structures. Liaison with highway, drainage and local authority and Environment Agency. Section Agreements for infrastructure works. This includes:

• On and offsite roads, home zones, and car parks including traffic management systems.
• Storm and foul water management including flood relief schemes and storm water retention systems.
• Sustainable Urban Drainage (SUDS), swales, lakes, ponds, soak-aways, porous paving.
• Flood risk assessments for Planning Applications and to meet requirements of LA’s and Environment Agency.
• Retaining walls and external works structures, hard and soft structures, ground anchors, soil nailing, gabion walls.
