This new £31 million project involves the redevelopment of the College’s Wembley Park Centre.
The new 8,820 sq m accommodation will enable the College to realise the opportunity of relocating its Creative Arts curriculum from the Willesden Centre to the new Wembley accommodation which will include a new performance space and specialist media and music suites that will complement and benefit from its proximity to the new Wembley Stadium.
The Whealdstone brook crosses this exceptionally constrained site and required particular attention in the detailing for flood aleviation, ecological conditions and buildability for the associated landscaping and access bridge works.
