The Riverside Housing Framework
Curtins successfully qualified as Partners on the Riverside Housing 4 year framework which commenced in 2006. Curtins have worked on sixteen projects under the Partnership over the last 5 years. These projects have included jobs ranging from £200,000 to over £5 million, from new build to refurbishments to adoption works.
Specific projects have included the following:

- Orrel School Redevelopment, Bootle
- South Windle Neighbourhood Renewal, St Helens
