Witney Campus is to be developed to provide a coherent masterplan which is affordable and allows for future expansion and improvement of the facilities.
Appointed under OGC Buying Solutions via Mace, Curtins will provide Civil, Structural and Geo / Environmental services for this 2 stage tender, design and build project.
The current scheme is to demolish existing inappropriate buildings and refurbish the remaining existing buildings and build a new two storey block to provide a beauty and hairdressing teaching facility. Block A is to be refurbished and will provide a new reception and teaching areas.
