Extensive experience of PFI procured schools including individual and bundles of schools. Part of a partnering design team selected by the DFES for the design of Academies.

Further Education

New build and extensions to colleges and other further education facilities.

Higher Education

Single projects and framework agreements for Universities for new build and refurbishment schemes to provide lecture, research, administration and other facilities.

Student Accommodation

Bed study and other student accommodation facilities direct for universities and colleges and through third parties. Load bearing masonry, steel and concrete frames and precast concrete panel systems have all been utilised with and without bathroom pods.
