New theatres projects comprising main auditoria, dance studios and studio theatres; refurbishment of existing theatres and cinemas. Safety inspections of existing premises.

Museums and Galleries

Museums and galleries including fitting out of the Royal Albert Dock for the Tate In the North. Refurbishment of existing buildings, including Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings to provide exhibition galleries.

Sports Facilities

Wet and dry sports facilities, both indoor and outdoor including swimming pools, tennis halls, gymnasium, squash courts etc.

Hotels

5* to budget hotels including new developments and the refurbishment of existing hotels. Conversion of offices and other buildings to hotels in inner city environment.
