Our engineers have a detailed knowledge of how a development project may impact on an adjoining and adjacent property and possess the experience and know-how to mitigate or eliminate these effects.
In our role as party wall surveyors we bring this understanding, knowledge and experience to the project. Our aim is for party wall considerations to be treated as an essential, but normal part of a project’s design development – not an afterthought or bolt on extra.
Our approach is to be pro-active through the process, to assist the building owner and the adjoining owner understand their duties and obligations under the Act and to fully participate in the process to minimize the time needed in reaching a fair and equitable award.
