Our Gender Pay Gap Report
Diversity, inclusion and success for all is a key driver for Curtins and a value that we believe many of our achievements can be attributed to. However, we fully acknowledge that there is a disparity with our gender pay gap and this is something that we are committed to improving. This report documents the measures that we have, and will, put in place to accelerate the rate of change towards gender balance at Curtins.
We are absolutely committed to closing the gender pay gap at Curtins and having a positive influence on an industry that has a tradition of being male dominated. We look forward, with anticipation, to seeing the positive effects of the strategies we have already introduced as well as the natural progression of staff at all levels. But our efforts will not end there. We will constantly monitor the progress of our actions and will continue to engage with our staff and external advisors to identify further methods that will help us achieve our target of gender equality at Curtins.
