Adviser to Principal Designer

Our Adviser to the Principal Designer service allows the Principal Designer and appointed Designers within the project team to concentrate on managing the design outputs confident that the safety in design has been addressed and validated throughout the pre-construction phase.

Our competent Adviser to Principal Designer service ensures that the Principal Designer has a suitable and knowledgeable health and safety resource. This is in line with the RIBA guidance for delivery of the Plan of work and the Adviser will be responsible for health and safety aspects as defined by legislation and in line with other project objectives and health and safety best practice.

We are the trusted Adviser to several well-respected national Design Practices and Contractor businesses, undertaking the role of Adviser to Principal Designer on a repeat basis whilst also offering wider Designer support services.
