We want to provide an employee benefits package that makes our staff proud to come to work. Nobody chooses a job because the tea and coffee are free (ours are) and there’s a Bike to Work scheme (though we have one of those, too). Staff receive 25 days holiday per year as a minimum, plus we offer a Holiday Purchase Scheme so that you have option to take additional leave.
Have your cake and eat it. Each member of staff gets an additional days’ holiday to take on their birthday.
We have a Hybrid Working policy to help you flex your time in and out of our offices, as well as family friendly policies that can help you find a better balance.
