    Redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing office building to provide 37,500 sq ft of flexible Grade A working space. The existing building was completely refurbished and curtain walling installed to increase natural daylight to the offices.

    A two-storey extension was also added, creating a new top floor. For this we developed an alternative structural design strategy. This removed the requirement for a variety of strengthening works and made savings to the contract value. Also, a full REVIT model was developed with the steel fabricator for the new steel framed extension, which included a number of complex shapes.
