This project, for the University of Leeds and Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, provides a new secure and reliable electricity supply as part of the wider regeneration of the client’s estates.

The new substation is set within a conservation area and has required the design to respond to the technical requirements in an innovative look and approach using high splayed retaining walls to form the split level structure.
