Music Service.

The landmark design reaffirms the borough’s
commitment to quality and incorporates
principles of sustainable development, including
passive environmental control and rainwater
harvesting. Also, an array of photo-voltaic cells
were integrated into clerestory glazing along the
three-storey central concourse.
