The superstructure is a 22 storey composite steel frame with metal deck slabs and reinforced concrete cores. The foundations are piled and the basement retaining wall is constructed using a secant piled wall.

The project includes a complex multi-storey building with a two storey basement 3m from the Northern Line. When the building was constructed to level 10 the client requested we provide a structural strengthening strategy to allow the addition of five extra floors.
