A mixed use regeneration scheme on a 16 acre site in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The site comprises of 360,000sq ft of mixed use commercial and leisure accommodation, and a 500 space multi-storey car park.

There were also extensive areas of external works, service yard, access roads, soft and hard landscaping, boundary treatments and all other works that are associated with a high quality mixed use development.

The Hotel achieved BREEAM Very Good.
