We were appointed by Town Centre Securities as part of their design team for this major refurbishment project to transform the city centre. Located opposite Leeds Arena, the redevelopment greatly enhances this area, providing facilities for retail space, restaurants, cafes and an upgrade of the 1,000 space multi-storey car park.

The upgrade includes new passenger lifts, wider parking bays, an intelligent car park management system, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), bay monitoring technology to identify available spaces, natural ventilation and state of- the-art charging bays for electric vehicles.
