    This city centre location required consultation with Unexploded Ordinance specialists, due to WW2 ‘blitz’ bombing.

    We were initially appointed by Grosvenor to advise with regard to the site preparation/demolition works, but retained by Whitbread to design/detail the new building structure from inception, through to completion on site, comprising a six storey steel framed building structure, supported reinforced concrete foundations.
