Wellington Place (WP) is a phased 1.5million sqft mixed use development of 14 buildings in Leeds city centre.
The development provides mixed-use buildings spanning offices, leisure and retail spaces.
Landscaped gardens, traffic-free boulevards and public spaces complete the 21-acre neighbourhood.
The site was previously occupied by railway lines and buildings associated with the railway and is located adjacent to the main network railway line and River Aire.
We have been appointed on the following phases:
£24m 3 Wellington Place
A 106,000sqft, 6-storey wedge-shaped, office building offering five floors of office accommodation with retail outlets at ground floor.
£35m 4 Wellington Place
A 9-storey, triangular shaped building complete with basement parking. It provides 131,500sqft of Grade A office accommodation with 17,000sqft of ground floor retail and leisure space. It also boasts a restaurant to the top storey and roof top terraces.
£83m 7&8 Wellington Place
An 8-storey building providing 378,000sqft of office space together with retail and leisure space and basement parking. It is the Government’s new Yorkshire Hub.
£60m 11&12 Wellington Place
A 12-storey building of 240,000sqft office space of the upper floors, flexible commercial space on the ground floors and a gym at basement level.
