Curtins are Platinum Accredited by the Investors in People authority.
We first received Investors in People Accreditation in 2006, achieving the entry level of the National Standard. Since then, we have worked our way up from the standard accreditation through to Gold in 2015, demonstrating our advancing commitment to the professional development of our people.
Our company benefits, such as the employer pension contribution and holiday lodges, along with training opportunities and leadership are amongst the areas of the company recognised as outstanding in the assessment, along with the Curtins Academy which is a key investment for the business.
“It’s no secret that the path to happy clients is happy staff and so I am continuously striving to ensure that we provide the team here with the opportunities, together with the support required, to enjoy a long and fulfilling career with us. I am delighted that our determination and hard work in putting this into practice has been recognised in a Platinum IIP Award. This is a massive achievement for all of us.”
Chief Executive, Rob Melling
The IIP Platinum accreditation is the highest accolade that can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard and is currently held by fewer than 1% of IIP accredited organisations.
IIP Assessor, John O’Sullivan commented, “In my 25 years as an Investors in People assessor, Curtins is right up there with the best organisations I have seen. It is demonstrating a number of exemplar practices in the way it manages and develops its people.”
