Richard Lewis and Ben Ziff

Richard Lewis has been with Town Centre Securities since 2000 becoming Property Director in 2008. Richard has been awarded for his Leeds city schemes being after receiving The Lifetime Achievement Award at the Yorkshire Property Awards. Ben Ziff joined TCS in 2008, and in 2015 was appointed the youngest ever member on the board of directors.

Roger Hawkins

Roger founded Hawkins\Brown with Russell Brown in 1988 and was a judge for the AJ/Curtins Inspiring Graduate Award in 2015.

Wayne Hardy

Wayne is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years of experience on a broad range of projects. He is also a great, detailed sketcher.
