Embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion is intrinsic to Curtins' core values and instrumental in our achievements. Recognising the disparity in our gender pay gap, we have actively and successfully pursued improvement since 2017. This report outlines our initiatives to accelerate progress towards gender balance at Curtins.

We wholeheartedly commit to closing the gender pay gap, challenging the long-standing predominately male norms within our industry. Already, we witness the positive impact of our implemented strategies and the organic advancement of staff across all levels. However, our commitment extends beyond this point. We will continuously monitor our actions' outcomes, engaging with our staff and external advisors to identify additional measures towards achieving gender equality, for we are unwavering in our pursuit of success for all.
