    2,500m2 of space including laboratories,
    offices, collaboration areas and breakout
    spaces etc. Designed with total flexibility
    in mind, large column free spaces enable
    individual pod sizes to be changed as required.
    A large, full height atrium is intended to create
    a communal space, with similar intentions for
    the roof top terrace.
