Phase 1 delivers key infrastructure and R&D buildings with advanced SuDS for resilient, eco-conscious development. A bold leap in scientific innovation, engineered to evolve with the breakthroughs it will empower.

A flexible mixed-use scheme, designed to be the first net-zero carbon building in Liverpool.

An award‑winning development at Munster Technological University, the Le Chéile Building strengthens student support, industry engagement, and innovation through a dynamic, interconnected 6,060 m² campus hub.
