We are excited to announce the relocation of our Dublin office to a larger, modern space within the vibrant Digital Hub, marking a significant milestone in our continued growth in Ireland.

After nearly a decade on Pembroke Lane, our new home in the historic Liberties area of Dublin city centre offers a contemporary, accessible, and purpose-built environment that reflects both our heritage and our forward-looking vision.

The Digital Hub campus, steeped in industrial history, was once the site of the George Roe Whiskey Distillery and later part of the Guinness Brewery. Today, it blends the charm of cobbled streets, narrow-gauge tramway tracks, and the iconic smock windmill tower with a thriving community of creative and digital enterprises.

Our team in Dublin are now settled in a space in Digital Court, one of the repurposed Guinness buildings, placing us at the heart of innovation and collaboration, just a stone’s throw from St James’ Gate.

As a two-time winner of the 2024 Consultancy of the Year award, we are recognised for our wide-ranging expertise and impactful projects - from €100,000 developments to billion-pound masterplans. In Ireland, our portfolio includes major education projects such as the six university buildings recently successfully delivered as part of the Higher education Bundle (HEB) 1 development, including Blanchardstown Campus.

We are actively engaged in delivering large-scale residential projects, including the redevelopment of Dorset Street and St. Mary’s Place in Dublin. In addition, we are preparing to commence design work on further major residential developments in Naas and Sligo.

Our experience also extends extensively to the healthcare sector, where we are currently completing Stage 1 of the redevelopment of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Limerick. Once finished, this project will significantly enhance the healthcare experience for both patients and staff. Beyond residential and healthcare, our work encompasses commercial and data centre developments, and we look forward to seeing opportunities in these markets develop over the coming years.

Andy Roberts, Board Director for our Dublin office says, “Since opening our Dublin office we’ve gone from strength to strength. Our involvement in high profile projects across multiple sectors has driven the need for a larger space to support our growing team. Our local knowledge is key to delivering tailored solutions for our Irish clients, and with the backing of our wider UK team, we bring a wealth of expertise to every project.”

We continue to offer our full range of specialisms from our Dublin office, including civil and structural engineering, geo-environmental and geo-technical engineering, and transport planning.

Our new office location is: Unit D, Digital Court, The Digital Hub, Rainsford St, Dublin, D08 R2YP.

You can find contact details for the office here.

We are excited to share updates on our next chapter!
