CDM Adviser to Client
Our CDM Adviser to Client service assists construction Clients in meeting their obligations under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The 2015 Regulations present challenges for the Client, extending their duties making many of the them absolute.
Staffed by Construction Health and Safety specialists, our service offers the provision of a one-stop shop to allow the Client the confidence that the actions that they are taking provide an optimum compliant solution in the discharge of their duties under the regulations.
Our role is to ensure that you the Client and, on your behalf, that the Principal Designer is effectively managing the pre-construction stage, and that the Principal Contractor is effectively managing the construction stage. Confidence is assured by supporting the Client through all stages of a project from preparation and briefing, designing and planning, site operations, through to completion and handover.
We ensure regular attendance at project team meetings, with audit, inspection and review of all duty holder outputs with feedback to the Client. This process assists the Client in meeting their management requirements and achieving their health and safety project goals.
Our schedule of services are in accordance with the Association for Project Safety (APS) Form of Appointment as CDM Adviser to Client (FOACA 2015).
