We’re committed to keeping our offices COVID-secure and this means that we have taken steps to make sure everyone in them, be it our staff or our visitors, remains protected.

We ask that you read through this even if you have visited us recently, as we are continually reviewing the guidance to reflect any updates introduced by the government.

What you need to be aware of before visiting us
Please only visit our offices by prior agreement, we need to make sure that we carefully manage the number of people on our premises and so we kindly request that you keep to the time that has been agreed. If you’re running late or need to rearrange, just let us know.
As ever, should you have any accessibility requirements, please tell us and we’ll do what we can to accommodate these.
If any of the following apply to you, please DO NOT visit our offices.
- You have any symptoms of COVID-19
- You have been in recent contact with anyone known to have had a positive COVID-19 test or have recognised symptoms in your household.
- You have been contacted by the NHS Test & Trace service and told to self-isolate.
- You have returned from travelling to a country WHICH REQUIRES A SELF ISOLATION PERIOD not on the Government’s safe list .
What we’ve done to make sure you’re safe
- We have a rigorous cleaning schedule to keep the premises spotless and hygienic.
- Our offices are open, and people are conducted themselves in accordance with Government guidelines
- All of our staff have received guidance on managing the risks of COVID-19 on our premises, including increased hygiene measurements and social distancing where practical to do so.

Visiting our offices
This is what you should expect to happen when you come to a Curtins office during current COVID restrictions:
- You’ll be greeted at the door or a pre-agreed location by a member of our team who will guide you through the necessary steps on your arrival.
- All of our receptions have hand sanitising stations – please use these, or ask to be directed to a handwashing facility, as soon as you arrive on the premises.
- You will need to sign in – we’ll show you where and how to do this.
- We’ll escort you to where your meeting is taking place.
- Please refrain from sharing objects such as pens, computer equipment etc. We’ll be happy to provide you with stationary if you need it – just ask.
- If you need to use the toilet facilities, just let us know. We will direct you where to go if you are unfamiliar with our offices.
- When the meeting has finished, we’ll show you out. Please make sure to sign-out and sanitise your hands.
What to do in the event of an emergency
We will let you know if a fire alarm test is due to take place. If there is an emergency and you are required to evacuate the building, it will not be necessary to maintain social distancing, however you will need to revert to the 2-metre distancing as soon as the emergency is under control.
