New build 2 storey blocks, additional floor to existing bungalow and main block achieved 20 self contained 1 bed flats and eight 3 bed houses.

    All new builds were constructed in timber frame on an environmentally sustainable basis and existing structures refurbished to current standards. The existing drainage was also used where practicable. New builds achieved sustainable home “very good” rating and refurbished blocks “good” rating.
