Project Overview
A phased development, the scheme will provide one, two and three-bedroom apartments set across 11 blocks ranging from 8 to 17 storeys in height. There will also be 13 three-bedroom townhouses with private gardens.
The Challenge
The site is located in a High Risk Flood Zone 3a area directly adjacent to the River Aire.
Our Solution
We undertook detailed flood modelling to set flood safe site levels without causing increased risk to others from flood water displacement off site.
