We’re part of the framework that is making homes happen!

 Curtins are delighted to have been appointed to the JV North Framework for engineering services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, warm, energy efficient and safe homes.

 JV North is a consortium of 14 housing association members in the North West consisting of:

  1. Cobalt Housing

  2. Cheshire Peaks & Plains Housing Trust

  3. L&Q Housing Trust

  4. Muir Group Housing Association

  5. One Manchester Limited

  6. Plus Dane Housing

  7. South Liverpool Homes

  8. Southway Housing Trust

  9. Stockport Homes Group

  10. Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council

  11. The Sovini Group

  12. Torus

  13. Weaver Vale Housing Trust

  14. Wythenshawe Community Housing Group

Between the members, they have built over 10,000 homes that house more than 30,000 people, with investments of over £1 billion.

JV North’s 2025/29 contractors’ and consultants’ framework is valued at c.£500 million and will deliver in the region of 3,000 properties. We look forward to supporting the members in the delivery of new homes across the north.
