Redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing six storey office building in the city centre to provide 45,000sq ft of Grade A office space.

The works included recladding the principal elevation and replacing the existing mansard roof with a new glazed pavilion. To increase the available office space a new one and two storey lightweight steel frame extension was designed which had holorib floor and a lightweight steel roof.
