A new four-storey, naturally ventilated office building incorporating four atria and a roof level plant room. The building provides office accommodation for 2,500 staff with changing facilities for up to 600 cyclists, an energy centre and 900 car parking spaces.

Our appointment comprised of the ghost check of the civil and structural engineering works to identify any errors in the design information. Also, to complete areas of the design with alternative sequencing and works which were not possible with the original design proposals.
