The construction of a new Secondary
School as part of the Priority School Building
Programme, which replaced the existing
building. The School is one of twelve schools
being developed by Galliford Try in the
North East, with all schools following similar
construction principles.

The proposed development will have capacity
for 820 pupils and will consist of three blocks
that connect to a main building which houses
large areas such as halls, kitchen and dining
spaces, and sports facilities.
