The project comprised the addition of a new 25m competition swimming pool at an existing leisure facility to the south of Oxford.
We carried out structural appraisals and traffic impact assessments on all of the proposed options and the subsequent design of the new swimming pool.
Sustainability and reduced running costs from bio-mass boilers and low energy solutions are being employed within the project.
Key issues on this project involved the accommodation of additional parking and coach parking facilities on a constrained site. To advise on these matters we liaised closely with the architect and undertook swept path analysis with a variety of vehicles.
