A new build development of ten detached Live-to-
Work housing units and six apartments, on
the site of the former Ambleside Gas Works.

The development required consideration
of building materials due to site access.
Variable ground conditions necessitated raft
foundations and the building design called for
some partial steel framing of the upper storey
walls and the roof to achieve robustness and
stability.
