Boughton Hall is a luxury retirement village
set in four and a half acres of conservation
area in Chester. It contains 78 one and two
bedroom apartments together with a gym, bar,
beauty salon, library, hobbies room, offices and
landscaped gardens.

The project consists of six main blocks on
the site with one of the blocks encompassing
the original Grade II listed hall, from where
the project name derives. All the blocks are
constructed in load bearing masonry.
