An extension to the existing Bradford Academy incorporates a new two-storey primary school and nursery. We developed a BIM model as part of the bid process for the Design & Build contractor, which allowed accurate quantities to be generated and a robust tender cost to be developed.

This BIM model was developed throughout the construction process and fully integrated with the other disciplines.
