This was a major redevelopment of 17 acres of derelict land adjacent to the Grand Union Canal. Number One, Two, Four & Six Brindleyplace Birmingham are all multi storey office developments with retail/leisure on lower floors.

All have single or double storey basement car parks constructed adjacent to the existing roads or canal. The buildings varied in types of construction from steel composite, concrete slab on beams and waffle slab. All basements were formed using CFA piled walls with a drained cavity.
