The current Holgate Dining Room at the University has been extended to cater for an additional 90-100 students.
The extension of the Grade II listed building, know as the ‘Pavillion in the Landscape’ provides additional dining, social and entertainment space for the students and staff. The new space features large areas of glazing to provide natural light; as well as doors that open onto an external terraced area.
Curtins provided Structural and Infrastructural Engineering Services for the extension; which has been designed to consider and compliment the surrounding conservation zone.
