Located on the main shopping street in Liverpool City Centre, this new build development provides the UK’s second location for American fashion retailer Forever 21.

Using the US retail model, the shop floor is spread over four levels, with break out spaces provided along wi-fi zones. The scheme required the demolition of an existing 1950s commercial building, the displacement of existing tenants and some potential disruption to the city centre and surrounding businesses.
