This project comprises the design of two new residential structures providing an 80-bedroom care home over three storeys and a further three storey 20-bed assisted living facility on an existing brownfield industrial site in the centre of Harrogate.

The new facilities will also include a cafe, cinema and underground parking. Due to the former land use, significant input and environmental expertise was required on the possible contamination issues on site to mitigate risk and costs.
