Redevelopment and extension of the existing
college to create new vocational learning
facilities.

The existing college building was remodelled
and refurbished to update the existing
facilities. A new engineering workshop was
constructed alongside the existing building,
with the ground floor area providing a double
height motor vehicle workshop, and the first
floor accommodating construction engineering
workshops and classrooms.

Also, a two storey extension was constructed to
the rear of the existing Block A, providing a new
technology centre housing facilities for catering,
fashion and joinery.
