The existing 1960’s Library on the South
Kensington Campus has undergone a
redevelopment to become a state-of-the-art
Learning Resource Centre.

The project included new teaching and
learning facilities, provision of a new external
service tower, a ground floor extension and
internal remodelling to create a cafe, study
area and brake out space. Also, solar shading
was introduced to the existing glass façade.

The Project won a RIBA award in 2009.
