The project comprises the construction of a
new steel framed retail block, adjacent to
the River Avon and consisting of five units of
varying size.

The building is designed to be reconfigurable
– allowing movement of internal partition walls
to increase or decrease tenant spaces to suit
requirements. In addition, alterations made
to the existing access roads and car parking
adhere with the new design.
