Plots K3 & K4 is Phase 2 of the overall £400M Kirkstall Forge development in Leeds. This phase will create 250,000 sq. ft. of new office space together with a multi-storey car park providing 700 parking spaces.

The current design details a dedicated multi-storey car park concealed between the two new office buildings with consideration needed to be given to a number of significant site wide constraints due to the existing environmental restrictions and existing on-site hazards.

The site is adjacent to a railway line on one side with the River Aire on the other and has a heavy industrial historic use. The new office building is a steel framed superstructure utilising cellular beams with profiled metal deck floor slabs, and with long span beams utilised to allow open office spaces with minimal obstructions from structural columns.

The new MSCP building is a steel framed superstructure with ramped steels and profiled metal deck floor slabs.
