Plots K3 & K4 is Phase 2 of the redevelopment of Kirkstall Forge to create 23,500 sqm
of commercial office space together with a 700-space car park.

The new office building is a steel framed superstructure utilising cellular beams with
profiled metal deck floor slabs, allowing M&E services to be distributed through the holes
within the structure. Long span beams are utilised to allow open office spaces with
    minimal obstructions from structural columns.

The new MSCP building is a steel framed superstructure with ramped steels and profiled
    metal deck floor slabs.

    Key points:

    • Adjacent to a railway line on one side and the River Aire on the other
    • BREEAM Excellent (target)
    • Site has a heavy industrial historic use
