Fenstanton Primary School caters for 600 students from Reception to year 6, whilst City Heights Academy caters for 900 students from years 7 to 11, plus 200 post 16 students.

The school is a three storey steel framed building with a sports pitch and playground at roof level. Youth Facility: a light weight roof above an insitu concrete suspended slab on spread foundations. E-ACT City Heights Academy: piled foundations supporting ground beams/pile caps and suspended in-situ ground floor slab designed to allow for ground heave.
