The site occupies an area of land not serviced by a surface water drainage network in the heart of London and adjacent to the Olympic development site. The site was constructed within the confines of an operational bus depot also bounded by extensive Network Rail Infrastructure.

Other unique features in this building are the provision of ground source heat pumps and a ‘Kalwall’ elevation to enable natural daylight into the garage building.
