Redevelopment of a former industrial plot providing 15,000m² of new vocational teaching accommodation. The unique feature of this project was the combination of new build and refurbishment of Grade II Victorian Mills to provide the new college facility. It also features an iconic Victorian facade and clock tower.

The new build element provides two storey accommodation for traditional classrooms together with a double height atrium space, housing vocational learning facilities.The existing Printworks building is a Grade II Listed Building and has been fully refurbished providing student services such as LRC and refectory.
